Darek Fortas (b. 1986 in Zory, Poland) graduated with a Photography BA (Hons) at Dublin Institute of Technology with a First Class Honours Degree and a DIT Medal. His photographs have been exhibited in national and international venues including Aperture Foundation’s What Matters Now?, the Belfast Photo Biennial, Photo Ireland Festival, Foto Foyle at Tower Museum, Derry City, the RUA RED Winter Exhibition and The Copper House Gallery, Dublin.

Jonathan Blaustein is an artist and writer based in the mountains of Northern New Mexico. He studied Economics and History at Duke University, before receiving an MFA in Photography from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn in 2004. He has exhibited his work widely in the United States, and his photographs reside in many important permanent collections, including the Library of Congress, the State of New Mexico, the Brooklyn Museum, MOPA, the UNM Art Museum, and the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston.

Andi Schreiber is a documentary artist based in suburban Westchester County, New York. As a photographer she is driven by a need to experience deeply what is here, right now. The camera enables her to vanish into moments before they are gone. Andi has a BFA from the University of Michigan and was a photojournalist in Boston area before moving to New York City to work as a magazine and newspaper picture editor.

From the Casa de Amor series
Nick Ballon (b. 1976) grew up in England. His father, a Bolivian restauranteur and his mother an NHS chief executive from Petts Wood, may be an account for his keen eye for the incongruous. He graduated in 2001 from Berkshire School of Art and Design, and has since been published in numerous magazines like Guardian Weekend, Intelligent Life and The Independent and awarded prizes such as Foto 8 and Creative Review Photography Annual.
